Q3: What's your loading port?
A:Xiamen (Seaport & Airport) and other ports in China would be ok.
Q4: What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 300-1000pcs but your trial order is also welcome.
Q5: Delivery time?
A:lt depends on the bag's styles and quantity.Generally,it need 40-50 days. For urgent orders,we can do some adjustments to catch your delivery.
Q6: What's your usual payment term?
A: T/T (30% deposit and 70% against shipping doc by email); Or L/Cat sight.
Q7:What is your sample policy?
A: We need the sample fee and it can be refundable once you place the order.
Q8:What kinds of logo you could make ?
A: Your logo can be put onto the bag by screen printing,heat transfer printing, offset printing,embroidery,rubber label,metal plate logo,woven label,etc
You should send us your logo with Al or PDF format,and advise us the pantone color&size then we can make for you.
Q9:Are your materials from local or abroad?
A: Most of the materials are from Zhejiang or Guangdong province. A few materials are from Taiwan or South Korea.
Q10: How can we know our order progress?
A: To make sure the cargoes quality,our quality control team will follow and in- spect during the whole production from the raw material booking to cutting,lo- go making,sewing,semi-products,finished products,packing,loading. At the same time,our sales person who follow your order will keep you updated with details of each step by photos or video.
Q11:What kind of packaging do you offer?
A: Normally,1pc in a polybag,suitable pieces into a master carton. Surely, we can also do OEM packaging according to your request.
Q12:Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes,we can.
We can arrange transportation by sea ,by air and by express with competitive shipping cost.
